Praying the rosary always makes me feel better.  I’ll be honest. I don’t do it enough. I probably pray it once a week. If you are like me you have probably have a hard time concentrating and focusing. Depression makes it difficult to focus. My mind races a mile a minute and I am constantly daydreaming. I have found praying a scriptural rosary makes it easier for me to mediate on the mysteries. Basically, after every Hail Mary you say a scripture verse. This is the book I use.
