Go to your local church and pray the stations of the cross. I always feel better when I realize how much Jesus suffered for me and how much loves me.  Jesus suffered every affliction we suffer – physical and emotional – in his passion. A good prayer book for the stations of the cross is My Wounded Hands published by Pauline Press.
